Abdul Rahim Osman
Rahim brings along with him more than 30 years of ICT experience mainly in consulting and implementation. His entrepreneurial skills lead VANTAGE to increased market penetration, diversification of products and services as well as establishment of strategic alliances with SAP and other regional business partners. He has constantly provided strength of leadership, commitment and integrity within the required framework of corporate governance leading him to win a Winner of Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award.
He further brought forth the strength of the company through its association with KLSE first board listed company HeiTech Padu Berhad, the former PNB IT arm. In line with the government foresight to put Malaysia in the IT front, he engineered the company to be awarded the MSC status in 2002.
His ambitious style led to collaboration with MAVCAP in November 2007 for better recognition of VANTAGE’S brand name in public sector market. Today, he has brought VANTAGE to greater heights under the Puncak Semangat Technologies (PST) group, an associated company within the renown Al-Bukhari Group of companies.
Under his leadership, VANTAGE has to date received many accolades and secured more than 50 major customers namely TM, TENAGA, PETRONAS, PNB Group, Mercedes Benz Finance (Europe), Kaneka, Perbadanan Putrajaya, POS Malaysia, Telekom Brunei, and Brunei Darussalam Assets.
Mohd Saufi Hussain
Saufi is responsible for bridging value and productivity within the organization through the adaptation of new ideas and high problem-solving skills. His people-oriented skills are well pleasing to the clients and the employees involved with him.
To date, Saufi has more than 20 years of progressive SAP experience and more than 25 years of software development experience and implementations of world class solutions. His wide networking in both the public as well as private sectors help generate tremendous business to VANTAGE.
Saufi also leads business development in Brunei where VANTAGE has to date secured contracts with DST, TelBru (Telekom Brunei) and Darussalam Assets in Brunei.
Noor Hasmaddi Hamid
He has been instrumental in securing projects in various sectors while he was in the consulting industry where he has worked in positions ranging from delivery consultants to project manager to company director, responsible for business development and the consulting practice. He had played the role of project director/advisor for various SAP implementations and has led bids for large tenders (both private and government linked sectors) from qualifying the prospects, solutioning and tender production, tender clarification and contract negotiation. He was also Head of the SAP presales team.
From consulting, he joined PETRONAS ICT as the General Manager for SAP Center of Excellence (COE) responsible for the projects and SAP functions for PETRONAS Group encompassing business continuity management and establishing and strengthening SAP Governance and Compliance policies and processes. His key accomplishment was leading the SAP upgrading project to the latest version of ECC6 for PETRONAS Group globally. He was also a board member of Virtus iP Sdn Bhd, a PETRONAS subsidiary that focus on delivering ICT services to non-PETRONAS companies.
He now leads the Consulting practice as the Consulting Director in VANTAGE where he provides strong leadership in the delivery of solution implementations as well as developing and upskilling the consultants to excel in the highly competitive and the rapid changing landscape of technology in the era of digital transformation.
Adibah Haron
She held several senior managerial positions, including Remuneration Advisor (Shell Malaysia Limited), Head of Marketing Economics (Shell Malaysia Trading), Head of Policy Development, as well as HCM manager roles during her employments in the Oil & Gas, Aerospace, and Consulting industries.
Her wide business and project experiences have contributed towards her all-rounded management skills from the formulation of business vision, mission and translating them into business strategies, objectives and business plans.
Change Management is Adibah’s forte after being involved in Shell Malaysia’s organisation-wide business re-engineering exercise, followed by many IT (SAP) implementation projects in Malaysia and Brunei. Adibah has extensive experience in SAP HCM implementations covering various roles, form consulting to team lead to project management, in a wide range of industries.
